Terms of Service.

par14 ("par14", "we", "us") is a software product operated by the team behind par14.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

par14 is a personal bag-analysis instrument. You enter your own clubs and carry numbers; the app reads gaps, runs shot scenarios and compares setups. We do not provide professional fitting, coaching or medical advice — every number you see is informational.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at hello@par14.golf if you suspect unauthorised use.

par14 is sold as a one-time purchase through our payment processor. The Bag Reading grants permanent access to the features listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. The Bag Reading + Revisions tier additionally grants 12 months of unlimited re-runs from the date of purchase.

Because access is granted immediately on payment, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds except where required by law. If a charge looks wrong, email hello@par14.golf and we'll sort it.

Prices and features may change for new purchases. Anything you've already bought stays unlocked under the terms in place when you bought it.

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the service;
• use the service to harass anyone or break the law;
• upload anything you don't have the right to upload;
• attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.

Your bag data, notes and saved setups stay yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you. We don't sell it and we don't use it to train third-party models.

The par14 name, design, copy, club library, and software are ours (or our licensors') and protected by copyright and trademark law. Membership grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service — not the underlying IP.

We aim to keep par14 available and accurate but we offer the service "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost shots not included).

You can close your account at any time from your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

We'll update this page when terms change and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be flagged in the app or by email before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of England & Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
