• Your bag data is yours. We don't sell it. We don't use it to train third-party AI models.
• We collect the minimum we need to run accounts, billing and the product.
• You can export or delete your account at any time.

par14 is the data controller for personal information processed through the service. Contact: hello@par14.golf.

Account data — email address, hashed password or OAuth identifier, sign-in timestamps.

Product data — the clubs, carry numbers, saved setups, scenarios and notes you enter. This is yours.

Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We see subscription status and the last 4 digits of the card; we never see full card details.

Usage data — coarse, aggregated analytics (pages viewed, country, device class). No third-party ad trackers.

Support data — anything you send us when you email for help.

• Contract — to run your account, store your bag, and provide Membership features.
• Legitimate interests — to keep the service secure, debug issues, and improve the product in aggregate.
• Legal obligation — to meet tax, accounting and consumer-rights requirements.
• Consent — for any optional emails you opt into. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We only share data with processors that help us run par14:

• Hosting & database — our infrastructure provider, for storing your account and bag data.
• Payments — Stripe, to take payment and manage subscriptions.
• Email — our transactional email provider, to send sign-in and billing emails.
• Analytics — a privacy-respecting analytics provider for aggregate usage stats.

We never sell personal data. We don't share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Some processors are based outside the UK/EEA. Where that's the case, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Account and bag data — for as long as your account is open. Billing records — up to 7 years to meet tax law. Backups roll off within 30 days of deletion.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or restrict it. Use the controls in your account or write to hello@par14.golf. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (UK) or your local data protection authority.

We use a small number of cookies and local-storage keys for essential functions: keeping you signed in, remembering your active bag, and aggregate analytics. We don't use advertising cookies.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the service. No system is perfectly secure — if you spot a vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to hello@par14.golf.

par14 is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll close it.

We'll update this page when the policy changes and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be flagged in the app or by email before they take effect.
